We are unable to except returns or exchanges due to food laws and permits

In cases that an issue needs to be addressed message me
I will ONLY bake your item or items after payment has been made No payment=no item
If you are unable to pick up your order during the allotted hours, your item will be donated
If this continues to happen with the same person, I will not accept orders/payment/bake for that person any longer
When you can not pick up orders, you must make arrangements for someone else or message me and your item will be wrapped and stored in the freezer for you.
